CANCELACIÓN O MODIFICACIÓN DE UNA RESERVA. GOLF Podrá modificar una reserva confirmada en cuanto a la fecha u hora de la reserva, así como en cuanto al número de jugadores (al alza o a la baja), hasta 72 horas antes de la fecha de la reserva. Las modificaciones de las reservas podrían conllevar incrementos en el precio de los green fees y servicios si estos han subido con respecto al precio original. En todo caso solo se podrá cancelar o modificar una reserva con una antelación mínima de 72 horas. Con un preaviso inferior la modificación no será posible y no se reembolsará ni modificaran las condiciones de la reserva. La modificación antes del plazo límite indicado no comportará coste adicional (sin perjuicio del incremento de precio que pueda suponer la nueva reserva respecto de la original que se modifica). La cancelación, en cambio, comportará la pérdida de parte del precio ya satisfecho en función de la antelación con que se realice la cancelación. En concreto la política de reembolso por cancelación es la siguiente: • Reembolso de 100% del precio de la reserva para cancelaciones con el preaviso indicado a continuación, según el número de jugadores: De 1 a 8 jugadores: 72 horas De 9 o más jugadores: 7 días Pasada esta fecha, no habrá opción a devolución o de mover la reserva a otra fecha. La modificación o cancelación de una reserva confirmada puede hacerse a través de la gestión de “Mis Reservas”, dentro del menú de perfil en la web de reservas. Cualquier importe que se deba reembolsar como consecuencia de la cancelación o modificación de una reserva se realizará, con carácter general, por la misma vía por la que se recibió el ingreso en el momento de su formalización. Es decir, el reembolso se producirá en la tarjeta en la que realizaron los cargos cuando la tarjeta está registrada en la pasarela de pagos. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF A RESERVATION. Any amount that must be reimbursed because of the cancellation or modification of a reservation will be made, in general, by the same means by which the payment was received at the time of its formalization. In other words, the refund will be made to the card on which the charges were made when the card is registered in the payment gateway.
